Police brutality background

Police Brutality has been going on since the 90's. Rodney King was a victim of Police Brutality and this resulted in a riot that caused the government billions of dollars in damage. In 2015 at least 920 were killed by police. Black American have more of a chance to be killed by police when they're UNARMED. Excessive force made up more than more than 23 percent of all police misconduct. For every 1,000 people killed by police, only one is convicted.
