"Sooner or later, we will have to recognise that the Earth has rights, too ,to live without pollution. What mankind must know is that human beings cannot live without Mother Earth, but the planet can live without humans." Today in the world pollution is a topic not talked about but very important.Two of the most egregious types of pollution are Air pollution and Plastic pollution and we need to do something about them now.
Air pollution can be defined as different kind of gases in the atmosphere or harmful chemicals in the air. Plastic pollution can be described as plastic accumulated in a place as land or sea and has begun to have effects to humans or wildlife. In which will create problems to the world. This is an important issue for people to consider because people's lives are at risk with all the chemicals being in the air we breath. In the article "Conserve Energy Future -What is air pollution" scientist claim that the effect in Air pollution are alarming and know to create heart conditions along with Cancer, among other treats to the body.
We are careless on the action we take. We use plastic when we could use other options and methods. We litter in oceans and land knowing that it's bad for the wildlife. Also factories know that they are damaging no just our air but there air too and they still do it.
The effects that air pollution has is that it's hurting human health.In the text "Air pollution on Human Health" it stated that an estimated 92 percent of the world's population live in areas with dangerous levels of air pollution.Air pollution is almost as deadly as tobacco and will harm you before you take a breath.Scientists say that because of being exposed of the high levels of air pollution during pregnancy it can cause miscarriages,,premature birth,asthma in kids and autism spectrum disorder.
The effects that plastic pollution has is that it's harming marine environment. In the text " 5 ways Plastic Pollution Impacts Animals on Land" it stated that with 80 percent of marine garbage being land-based, 90 percent of it is estimated to be plastic. Plastic never decomposes so it just simply breaks into smaller pieces and stays in the ocean. Plastic doesn't just affect marine environment but it affects wild animal environment. Plastic that doesn't make it to the ocean still ends up being dangerous to wild animals. Animals might mistakenly think plastic is food and cause intestinal blockage which comes to death for animals.
In conclusion Air pollution and Plastic pollution are the most egregious types of pollution. Remember as Margaret Mead said we won't have a society if we destroy the environment
